As efforts needed to mitigate the effects of the deadly novel coronavirus pandemic in Ghana, Ghanaians are advised to religiously adhere to the necessary hygiene/Covid-19 protocols to fight this novel virus.
For this reason, an astute businessman and philanthropist, Samuel Awuah Dankwa, CEO of MarketIcons Group of Companies has donated hundreds of personal protective equipment(s) to the Atiwa West district health directorate for further disbursement to all the health centers and CHPS compounds in the Atiwa West district.
The items donated include but not limited to packs of gallons of alcohol based hand sanitizers, Gallons of liquid soaps, Liquid bleach, Disposable paper towels / tissues, etc.
Samuel Awuah Danquah advised the directorate put to good use the items donated for the right purpose and intent of donation. Authorities of the District health received the items, thanked him and accorded him their readiness to do as he will.
Ghana’s total case count hits 28,430 after recording 763 new cases. A total of 24,901 have recovered and discharged while 153 souls are lost leaving the nation to contend with 3,376 active cases.
Mr. Samuel Awuah Dankwa, an astute entrepreneur and owns several businesses under the MARKETICONS GROUP OF COMPANIES. His businesses include Marketicons Limited, Distribution Icons Limited, Monstermarkets Limited, Smash Global Limited (a company assisting tertiary students to get practical on-the-job experience) etc. He is 41 years old and hails from Akyem Awenare in the Atiwa West district.
